Mayo?
An acquaintance of mine asked me tonight what my signature dish is.
I said gumbo.
She said she would eat it, so long as she could add mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise?

I'm sorry, but, mayo in Gumbo?? She doesn't know what gumbo is does she. I have to tell that one to my relatives in southern Louisiana!
I'm a big fan of mayo. Favorite condiment, BUUUTTTT that made me gag. (and not in the good fun way either)
