As I mentioned in a post below, something happened to make a day pretty bad.

Considering the response I've received not only in comments to the post, but also in personal messages, I think it's only fair to share what caused the day to be so bad.

No, I'm not dying. Nobody else is dead. Vito is still at my side.

And I know that what's hurting me right now is by no means and in any context the "end of the world."

But it still hurts. It hurts more than I've had anything hurt me in a very, very long time.

Not only that, it made me think of something else.

I cannot write down what's causing this. It's simply something too difficult to do.

First, read this:

Then, if you're truly curious, watch the following two videos.

Part 1 at

Part 2 at

It's a total of about sixteen minutes and probably the most long-winded video I will ever do, unless I get a movie deal.

And that, as they say, is that.

I'll be just fine.

Take some time man, then come back like wildfire! And if you are lucky, at the next Drinking Right, you can have the beer that James owes me...since I don't drink :-)

There was a girl I was wild about. Crazy about. Flat out in love with.

And a few weeks after we broke up, I started dating Melinda.

The pain will end and the love will come.

Let me know if you need anything.

There's nothing like a good sucker-punch to the heart, let me tell ya. Nothing like it. Like Bill, I feel your pain.

I know where you're at, Casper. Been there too many times. I doubt I'll ever find anyone, but, I've made a somewhat stable peace with that. You, on the other hand, like cats. Enough to own. THAT is usually an in with women. Don't make the mistake of getting one to answer to the name Target. Women frown on this. Anyway, if you need anything, am ear, whatever. I'm there. Just email and I can send my cell number. We are all alike in the 2 areas that count the most. Soul, and feelings. Most of us, anyway. Stand and be true.

Oddly enough, the glue that repairs our "broken hearts" ends up being stronger that the original model. Being an ol' broad, I've had more than my fair share of broken hearts. It took quite a while, but found my true soulmate. It does happen, usually when you aren't looking.

Casper...I've never met you but my friend the Asian Badger is here and he and I both want to tell you that we feel for you. We also admire your guts in putting it out on You Tube. We hope it's cathartic. The darkest is hour is just before dawn so look at it this's getting lighter outside and soon the day will be bright. The Big Pilot

Casper...Took the opportunity to reply through The Big Pilot since I don't have a blogger account. Also I'm at his place 'cause he owes me money. Anyway....What BP said. These current events in your life suck. We've all been there, we've all survived and you don't have to apologize for being angry. Scars like this heal quickly. Move on and up and don't dwell on it. See you at Papa's. The Asian Badger.

Casper I too have had my heart broken when I lived in Michigan. It took me a while to get over it and then I met my wife, Nikki, in Cederburg. What was I doing living in Michigan, and then falling in love with someone in Wisconson? I don't remember i was so numb back then, I moved here and we married a year later. And now I have 3 wonderful kids.

Casper you will get past this and you will find someone who cares for you as much as you care for them. In the mean time I will raise a glass to you and hope that time is sooner rather than later.

Part II was the best man. Nothing like breaking it down for what it is. Some people take this political disagreement stuff way too seriously and just need to be reminded of, well, what you said.

Hope things are looking up for you.

All I can say is... besides being a very open and honest, candid talk that took guts...

Never deny your feelings. You've earned them, and have a right to have them. Don't apologize for being angry.

You forgot to mention the girl you've been sleeping with and lying to on the side. This "heartbreaker", she moved out when...8 months prior to that video entry. And you told this one girl in particular that you both have been broken up for over a year now. Get over it! Stop lying to everyone, including me and most importantly yourself!!!!
